I bought This textbook for college, and half the questions come from this book. It has a lot of information. The cook has great nursing diagnosis information. It has crossroad puzzles and some fill in the blank questions. I go through this book before each of my test. It doesn't really help much at all. A great choice!!! I highly recommend this book.
