He has more than thirty years of experience in private practice, wellness programs, weight management, preventative medicine, medical motivation, and patient education. He is the author of Living Lean: Your Guide to Successful Weight Loss Management and Ten Commitments to Forever Fit. As the Chief Medical Officer for American Medical Technologies, Dr. Kennedy speaks regularly for many companies and conducts seminars on weight loss and healthy lifestyles. Edgar K. Tham, MS, CSC, RPsych, is Singapore's pioneer sport and exercise psychologist who specializes in behavior change strategies and success coaching. Based in Singapore, he was formerly head of sport psychology at the Singapore Sports Council and founding head and Deputy Director of the School of Sports, Health & Leisure of Republic Polytechnic. He is listed in the International Who's Who of Professionals (2000) and a popular seminar speaker and lecturer of sport and exercise psychology and coaching courses in Asia.Shirlaine S. Phang is a Certified Lifestyle & Wellness Coach who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Edith Cowan University, Australia.
