Author Biography

Ruben Ruiz Jr. is regional director and financial advisor of Money Concepts Financial Planning Centres in Texas and CEO of The Ruiz Financial Group, LLC. He was recently elected to the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants Board of Directors. Ruben’s firms have a long tradition of helping clients build, manage, and protect their wealth through financial planning and investment advisory services, with an emphasis on college funding and retirement planning. He conducts seminars on financial topics and has published articles in local newspapers, as well as a column for the San Marcos Record. Ruben earned his master of science in financial services (MSFS) degree from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School of The American College. And he holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Southwest Texas State University.
