PAUL B. FARRELL, JD, PhD, is Chief Executive Officer and Editor-in-Chief of Wall Street News, an Internet broadcaster. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Financial News Network and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley. A former editor at the Los Angeles Herald Examiner, Dr. Farrell has published numerous articles in the financial and popular press.
