Summary
Pico is lost in a big city and has nowhere to go. Cora finds her and brings her into her home, and after a long search, the family decides to to keep Pico. It takes some time for Cora to learn how to take care of her Chug, and Pico must learn how to trust a family again. Pico and Cora become the best of friends, and are excited about their future adventures together!
Author Biography
Jessica Schneider has been a book lover and a poet she was very young. She wrote her first real poem,"Katrina Holds the Golden Key," at the age of 8, and it is framed and proudly displayed in her mother's home. After having her own children and reading the same books over and over to them, she decided to write her own story. Her desire is to create books that children will love and parents will love reading. She lives in Erie, Colorado with her husband, twin boys and their little chug, Pico.
