Author Biography

Jacqueline Penney is a native of Long Island. She won a scholarship to the Phoenix School of Design in New York City, where she received an excellent background in drawing and anatomy. After attending Black Mountain College in North Carolina and the Institute of Design in Chicago, she continues her art education by studying with well-known artists around the country
