This book is an attempt to remedy this. It deals with impact of Thomas' ministry in the cultures of India and China and in the religions of these areas - Vedism and Buddhism transforming them beyond imagination. It produced the Indian Christianity which is still in communion with the Christian Communes of the rest of the world. From it emerged the various Gnostic Syncretic religions known as Hinduism and the "Mahayana Buddhism"
